You can’t change what the norms are until you are in the company and adding value! I wore long sleeves in 90 degree Georgia summers for years bc it used to be unacceptable to show tattoos in corporate - that is finally changing as we millennial are now in management. If you want the job you follow the norms that exist it’s really that simple

Why are people bringing anything but a folio and a pen to an interview?!? I wouldn’t hire someone who walks in with their latte. what’s more important to you? Proving a point or a 6 figure starting salary and added bonus structure with benefits?
