@airwavefiles: On August 26, 2015, James Holmes, the gunman behind the 2012 Aurora, Colorado movie theater shooting, was formally sentenced to 12 consecutive life sentences, plus an additional 3,318 years in prison. Because the jury could not agree on the d**** penalty due to a holdout regarding his mental illness, he received life without parole for each of the 12 lives taken, alongside the maximum consecutive sentence for attempted m***** and explosives charges. #truestory #truecrime #Colorado #AirWaveFiles
