What a bunch of crap. You only need to let the turbo cool down before shutting off the car if you've been pushing it. If you drove normally, it didn't even get hot.

basically the whole point of the video is cars that have turbo, after your done driving just let the car idle for 45 seconds to a minute so the turbo and oil pressure can go down before shutting off, doesnt have to be 2 minutes
