I had to change my mindset about what self-care really was for me. So instead of thinking that my self-care has to be luxurious i said making my bed, having a clean room, being consistent with one thing at a time is my new self-care. Doing it scared, doing it when i don’t want to and telling myself it’s only an hour, an hour can go by so quick! Before you realize it you’re done and can move on with your day.
