@dr.emily.nutrition: BROWNIE BITES 🍫 🩷 These BROWNIE BITES are high in protein and fibre and will satisfy you in more ways than one… 😏 Makes 9 BIG BALLS INGREDIENTS FOR THE BROWNIE BATTER: ½ can black beans, drained & rinsed 150g silken tofu (1/2 block) 1/2 cup oats ¼ cup ground almonds or vanilla protein powder 2 tbsp cocoa powder 4 Medjool dates, pitted 1 tbsp peanut butter 1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt Optional: splash of milk for blending if needed 80g dark chocolate chips COATING 120g dark chocolate ½ tsp coconut oil 1/3 cup soy crispies METHOD: Soak the dates in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain. Add all ingredients for the brownie batter into a food processor, and blend until smooth. Add a little splash of milk if you need but try without first. Then, transfer the batter into a bowl and add your chocolate chips. Chill the batter in the fridge for at least an hour. Line a plate with parchment paper and form balls from the batter. It makes 9 balls, but depends on the size you roll them. I like big balls 😏 Melt your chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave or double boiler. Allow to cool slightly. Stir in the soy crispies. Dip the balls in the chocolate until fully covered and place them on the parchment lined sheet, one by one. Chill in the fridge preferably overnight, or at least 2-3 hours before enjoying them 🫶 #brownie #healthydessert #highfibre #highprotein #dessert

Do you have self control tips? I struggle with making things like this & eating them all in a day or two. Labelled containers also don’t do it for me.

question what are not whole ingredients? except from milk and flour. ain't all natural ingredients supposed to be whole? like fruits, veggies, meat and fish? wouldn't everything else just be processed? are you from the US or why do you even emphasize that point?

I’ve never heard of soya isolate crispies so went researching- yikes - they are heavily processed (UPF) - so sadly, although looks delicious, I will be giving this a miss
