Watching this as a kid, I only saw the jokes and the funny panda. Watching it now as an adult, I finally realize how deep it actually is. It hits differently when you see how Master Shifu struggled with past trauma and refused to accept Po at first, until he learned to meet him where he was. It’s amazing how a movie you thought you knew as a child can teach you entirely new lessons about patience, acceptance, and growth when you're older.
