You have a problem who's magnitude is determined by your attitude, yourself worth, from majorly fear and insecurity. So you will be overwhelmed till the day you say fucked it. And decide to believe that "Am great and will make it through whatever am experiencing. With or without anyone's help". I know it's difficult but if you can survive to now then you can.
