That slow-roasted garlic butter breadfruit with minced beef, thick-cut bacon, pepper jack cheese, pineapple salsa and sweet chilli mayo. 🤤 I love seeing local Caribbean ingredients like breadfruit being used in exciting, unexpected ways while still letting the ingredient shine.
