Gliese 180c is a super-Earth roughly six times our planet's mass, orbiting inside the habitable zone with a year lasting around 24 days. Its size means surface gravity would be more than twice Earth's, and its slow rotation would give it days and nights lasting weeks rather than hours. Planets detected this way are inferred from the tiny wobble they induce in their star rather than seen directly, so their properties remain estimates.
