Fights after a race in Nascar are great because it gets the fans fired up for what might happen in the next race. Rivalries on track have always been a highlight of Nascar. That doesn't really work in drag racing. Maybe a guy might try to burn down his rival the next time they line up which is not very exciting to watch. And they certainly aren't going to take each other out while racing
