Yes yes and yes. The only other thing I have that no one talks about but BRAIN FOG. God like I can’t remember wtf I did yesterday or like a convo I had, but I also had the depersonalization/derealization. And that came from wanting to get better with zero hope. Doctors didn’t help 🙃

I’ve been under 11 since 2021, my doctors finally approved an iron infusion and my ferritin jumped to 174. I feel like a whole new human!

I have suffered since a teen from low iron/anemia. I have spent the last 15 years getting iron infusions- but I started taking SLOW RELEASE IRON PILLS WITH VITMAN C (I take two pills) AVOIDING CAFFEINE AND DAIRY WHEN I TAKE IT; typically I take it at dinner. My iron is so much better. My energy has come back. I literally could cry typing this out bc of how much things have gotten better

Keep fighting for iron infusions! Don’t let them gaslight you that it’s not it. I went 3 years with low ferritin and now have Mcas and hyperpots as of Jan. Once I got my 3 infusions I started to feel better. Waiting a full 3 months to see if it gets better and better. Don’t give up!! They fully

Yes eye floaters as in hallucinations. Like seeing a shadow of something. There is a "no" something. Yes to most of the same symptoms. but fear wierd, jumpiness, bones frozen, temp sensitivity Yes. Yes the living dead look.

Ferritin of 7 🙃 ice cravings, one persistent floater, super fatigued a lot but also can’t sleep at the same time, see black a lot when standing or sitting up, heart rate skyrockets in the shower, some intense hair loss, bad memory, pins and needles in my feet.. it’s not fun

Headaches, can’t breathe even when getting off the couch, bruising easily, hair breaking off and thinning, exhaustion, brain fog intensely, feeling like you’re gonna pass out in the shower, a weird like haze throughout the day lke you feel present but not at the same time, I feel like lack of color in my face lol weak and brittle nails
