Sooooo I just made this. I made it exactly how you did. people might say that it's a lot of milk because they see you holding a gallon but I bought a half a gallon of milk and it filled it up to the top just like yours. I like my stuff sweet so the only thing I did was I added a little bit of vanilla bean syrup and a tiny bit of caramel syrup. so it's like a caramel cookie butter. it came out so good and to be honest when you said people might think it has a lot of milk it truly doesn't because the color is still pretty dark. so if somebody likes their coffee light and sweet they can add more milk if they chose to. I bought the same container today and all of the ingredients that you have besides the coffee. I did use Bustelo instant coffee. 10/10 thank you
