Don’t load them up so much. You’ll end up ruining clothes in the washer after so long if you over load them. Spoken from a lot of experience 🙈😂

Especially because they’re on finance, I’d recommend appliance insurance for them (it’ll be about £6 a month). We’ve had our combo washer for over a year and never had an issue. But if we ever do have an issue it’ll be replaced with the same model for no charge. And if we want a different model, we just pay the difference

Try not to over load the machine looks like a lot of washing in there won’t wash properly and not good for the machine x

Defo empty the water tank after each use. Cause it cracks all the time. I took out extended warranty and I think I’ve had to get 4 tanks since having it.

Right the dryer water container does crack but only if you don’t let the programme finish I have one identical and had to buy a replacement as I was opening it too early it’s the change in temperature that causes it to crack but when I got my replacement container I’ve waited till it’s fully finished before opening it and no more cracks it must have a cooling part of the settings Hope this helps !!!

just a tip, if you put the pod in before the clothes, it's dissolves much better and youre less likely to find half a pod stuck to one of your clothes

also only put upto 75% full as it allows everything to clean properly and getting a bigger dryer to washer is better as it tumbles/dries better. with a 1400 spin washer mine is almost dry after the wash

Just one advice , when you are loading your machine do not put full load (to the top) keep it half full .. because it will wash nicely and your machine will last longer[Veliki LOL]
