Miscarriages are criminalized in those states. Many news stories on it. Same with ectopic pregnancy. Women die without abortions.

Y precisamente por esto es que los fetos no son sujetos de derechos. Si para ti es un bebé o un ser humano está increíble, qué bueno... Pero considerarlo un sujeto de derechos trae más problemas que nada. Porque además tampoco hay una linea entre los derechos de la madre y del feto, estarías obligando a un ser humano a ser una encubadora y eso atenta contra los derechos de la mujer. Por ello quien tiene los derechos y quien le da valor al feto ES LA MADRE y NADIE MAS.
