For anyone wondering, these would show on American tv channels at 10pm during the 70s, 80s or 90s Im not sure, and it was because back then a lot of children would play outside or stay out at parties and due to that lot more kids were getting kidnapped and killed, so this would remind parents to check on their children to make sure they knew where they were and safe. To be honest I don’t know why they stopped airing it the idea is amazing.
