@chef_vladdy: Mayak literally means “drug” in Korean… because apparently this tofu is that addictive. 😅 For the marinade: • 300ml soy sauce • 150ml mirin • 1 small onion, finely chopped • A few spring onions, sliced • 2 garlic cloves, minced • A little fresh ginger, grated • 3 tsp sugar • 1 tsp chilli oil Mix everything together and microwave for 1 minute. Place your tofu into the marinade, making sure it’s well covered, then refrigerate overnight. Serve with steamed rice and plenty of that incredible marinade 🍚🥢 #MayakTofu #KoreanFood #AsianFood
