To be fair, schools only really stopped using the showers during PE when mobile phones with cameras became so popular, in order to protect kids, now schools are stopping phones being used and securing them, they might to backwards on the showers due to hygiene reasons

So used to communal showers that it just feels strange stuck in a tiny cubicle with other guys walking about outside. Proper communal showers after sport or gym is perfectly normal.
