i’m a first year, this fall semester is my first. personally i absolutely love it! the campus is sooo pretty, ngl its kinda small but really nice and pretty. it’s in a really good area tho, they always have events going on. as for social life, ive personally joined the cheer club. which they are all so friendly and welcoming and no experience needed! that has helped me make so much more friends 😊

currently a student (my first year/semester rn) and so far i love it! i mostly stuck with my hs friends but most people are really friendly! i have made some new friends through my friends, i think the environment is very social aswell. i dont think i could’ve picked a better cc

i’d say it’s much more social than other cc’s! i loved my professors there and made some great friends :) also being so close to the beach is a ++ (i would go to third street during breaks in my classes hehe). def join clubs if u wanna meet ppl. i had a great time at smc and kinda miss it, i hope u enjoy it!!
