First and foremost, condolences for your loss. I am so happy that I found you to follow. There’s just something about you. That seems real and caring. I have had mental health issues for over 30 years. Not to babble, but the only person who I ever believed truly loved me through it. All was an adult daughter of mine that I recently lost to a rare breast cancer. I see a mental health therapist. I don’t talk to any other family members, including my two other adult children. I don’t like to impose on what few friends/acquaintances. I have as I feel it’s a burden on their part. The desire and struggle is slowly breaking me. I don’t know what to keep trying for.

I'm so sorry. I've had thoughts,too, and financial stress has been part of it. I'm glad you're still here. and that I am. even though sometimes I think I'm not important to myself, I know I'm important to others, and that has kept me going.

it's so hard mental health can be hidden my neighbors hung himself in the garage my husband tried to save him but sadly it was too late. earlier that day we had been in the garden having a laugh he was showing me his new puppys he seemed really happy I will never understand how we missed the signs he didn't tell anyone how he was feel it's so sad
