Here in the Philippines we call the migraine "bughat" or health setback. Bughat is when a body that is supposed to be resting and recovering gets sick, weak, or exhausted again because it was pushed too hard, too soon. So, our elderly would talk to us about getting enough sleep, if the baby is sleeping the mother should sleep too, eat on time. And as mother as we are, we don't rest 🤣
