I KNEW this was 2021! I had the exact same issue, except it wasn't a couple of missing pieces, it was an entire £600 order that they kept not showing up to deliver. After 8 failed attempts, we vowed never to touch IKEA again and gave up on trying to receive it. I'm still pissed off at the wasted annual leave.
