The ruling was definitely not fair!! where was the Parents to make sure these things don't happen at an event. The child should have been in the stand where all spectator should have been sitting. (The parents were the reason this child was on the track). OTHERS WOULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN HURT, IF THE PARENTS WERE DOONG THEIR JOB!! KEEPING THE CHILD IN THE STANDS WHERE ALL SPECTATORS ARE SUPPOSE TO BE.!! THE MAY NOT UNDERSTAND THE SAFERY RULES........THE PARENTS UNDERSTAND!!! NOT HE SHOULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN SUED, FOR HER NEGLIGENCE OF WATCHING HER CHILD!!!
