This is great. Succession is one of the problems African founders must be educated on. Many African founders loose their company at their death. Whereas in developed countries, we have companies running long through more than four generations and still waxing stronger. Ekene Dili Chukwu was a renowned transportation power house in Nigeria, but it died when its founder died. Same with Concord Airlines and many other great Nigerian companies. We need help in this area.
