They just don’t get it, like when ever Luffy is under a situation the person he thinks of first is Zoro u can see that at Amazon lily wen Jimbe talked sense into him, and many more situations the person he thought of first is Zoro. And when it comes to naming his crew, the first person he thinks of and names is Zoro. And when addressing his crew to other people he says “ Zoro and the others” basically their relationship runs deep.
