Yep laziness in work places is getting worse . Workers get more given then why lazy people get away with it der it every day . Management ignore the lazy because they don’t know how to deal with them

If you’re picking up their slack with no compensation, then stop or demand a raise. Otherwise, you’re enabling the boss to exploit you and possibly enabling the slackers. But, are they slacking or are they pacing themselves instead of trying to meet impossibly high expectations?

I reported a co-worker who was bragging to me about doing barely any work and watching movies all day and still getting paid the same as me. Yup, they locked his ahh down quick. I’ve never heard of a work probation before him 😂
