🎥: Threads/kopigayo #bogordailynews #banjirbandang #sumaterabarat #solok #bencana

When people ask, “But what about the rise in chronic illness?” — I agree. We SHOULD be asking why. We should be studying environmental exposures, nutrition, socioeconomic factors, public policy, healthcare access, and every other plausible contributor. But asking the question isn’t enough. We have to fund the science that can answer it. So when research funding is cut—especially research examining how policies and environments affect health—that should concern all of us. If we genuinely want answers about chronic disease, the response should be more rigorous research, not less. And we shouldn’t start with a predetermined culprit. Vaccines are among the most extensively studied medical interventions we have. The rise in chronic illness deserves the same commitment to evidence: follow the data wherever it leads. We can agree that chronic disease is a serious problem. Now let’s fund the scientists trying to understand why. 🔬 #ChronicDisease #PublicHealth #NIH #MedicalResearch #Vaccines
