Misleading information. Antibiotics chooses based on types of bacteria , resistance ,age , allergy , kidney & liver health etc.etc. not based on organs . except few like that crosses Blood brain barrier like fluiroquinolon metronidazole etc and ciproflixacin in UTI cases.
