It sounds more like the company who makes the cabinets issue than Lowe's. The company that is making and sending out the product is responsible for all your missing pieces, they'll put it back on Lowes. I think I would be giving both a fair warning that if it wasn't made right in a timely manner I would be contacting a lawyer and filing a complaint with the FTC and BBB. They have both made money from your purchase and both should be working to make sure that you get everything you paid for.

They completely messed up. They didn’t care about his order at all. I works have bright them all back and say fix it or give me my money back

We have been dealing with HORRIBLE ISSUES with our Lowe’s cabinets since DAY ONE from @Lowe’s for 6 years!!!! Still dealing with American Woodmark over it all!
