Cat pee gets coated on the grate and the only way to get rid of the smell is taking the whole thing apart and changing the grooves by hand… I went right back to regular boxes after giving it a good several months try.

i honestly hate automatic scoopers i’ve tried a lot of brands but they get dirty too easily even tho i clean it like every time my cats poop in there and it’s impossible to clean like just stick with stainless steel litter boxes and a litter genie

Genuinely this product is amazing, I got it for free off of my fiance's sister because her cat was too scared to use it. My cat loves it, the only pain to some people would be taking it apart and cleaning it when it needs to be. I deep clean it every 3 months and clean the fabric drum and outside with disinfectant wipes every end of each week.
