I've been getting it a lot, probably doesn't really help I criticize the people who feel genuinely offended at the possibility of someone bringing an iced coffee to an interview. It's literally the dumbest reason to not hire someone and say they are rude. That's the part that annoys me. People feel so entitled to micromanage that very neutral things are being considered rude. And despite acting like narcissistic since all of their explanations boil down to that, they act all obtuse, calling them childish coffee addicts, as if the issue isn't the insanely arbitrary rules
