For a rookie of he didn't do bad but u could see he wasn't too familiar with the coverage just based off of him talking to other players on his defense a lot before the ball and body language and yea how he played he gonna be reaaaaallly good tho as time goes on

best safety? Charlie Waters, Cliff Harris, Darren Woodson. Roy Wiliams, Brock Marion were good/great safeties. Downs is a rookie still learning the speed of the game, he has a lot to learn still. Don't be that guy.......

At 67, I was taking three naps a day. At 68, I'm doing full sets of pull-ups. I'm not telling you that to impress you. I'm telling you because for most of that year, I assumed the naps were just what getting older felt like. The fatigue, the belly fat nothing would touch, the energy that vanished before lunch — I had quietly filed all of it under "age." I watched patients make that same assumption for 4 decades. And I made it myself — even after a decade of crushing fatigue, relentless cravings, and weight that refused to move no matter what I did. Here's what I eventually found: your cells can stop responding properly to insulin. When that happens, your body can't efficiently turn food into fuel — so energy fades, fat locks on, and strength becomes harder to hold. It looks exactly like aging. It may actually be a fuel-processing problem. Which changes the question. Not "how do I fight getting older?" — but "is my daily approach actually helping my body use fuel again?" Three tests I now use: 1. Does it slow how quickly fuel hits your system, so your body isn't pushed into storage mode at every meal? 2. Does it support steadier fuel use between meals, so energy and strength have something to run on? 3. Is it simple enough to do every single day at 60, 70, and beyond — because a plan you quit protects nothing? That third test is where almost everyone fails. I did, for years. Complicated protocols and too many products are the first casualty of a full life. Consistency and simplicity beats sophistication. My routine passes all three with two products and three moments a day. That's it. Comment RESET and I'll show you what I use that turned my life around. I'd be happy to help you on your health journey. (Educational only. Not medical advice.) #insulinresistance #rootcause #metabolichealth #agingwell #strengthafter60
