@cnn: A federal immigration agent shot a man Sunday in Austin, officials in the Texas city said. City officials confirmed the shooting involved an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent in North Austin. Just before 1 p.m., Austin-Travis County Emergency Medical Services officials responded to a reported shooting in the 8000 block of Anderson Square, Robert Luckritz, the city's EMS chief, said in a Sunday afternoon news conference. An adult male was identified as suffering from a gunshot wound and was described as in stable but serious condition, Luckritz said.
