TJ Maxx and Marshall’s are overstock but it’s also things that are discontinued or being phased out. Some Ultas or Sephoras that close have their stuff sent there. I’ve even seen Tatcha there, and they’re super high end and expensive (I got a $90 sunscreen for $25 there and it was one I had been dying to try). Sending stuff to Dollar Tree is deliberate, because his stuff isn’t sold in any brick and mortar stores except for his own.
