For your info, Plaza Premium Lounge is not owned by AirAsia Group, so this is not an issue. It is completely optional. For me, I usually arrive about 4 hours earlier when I want to enjoy 1–2 hours inside the lounge.

Yes, I missed the lounge as well.. there's another one after the immigration but it's on the other side and you have to go through the security check.. so, I skipped the lounge 😕
