He wasn’t the one who took Macklemore off stage. He gave him the stage. He has donated millions to charities that make real difference around the world (including Doctors Without Borders, guess where they are operating right now). He is being blamed because the activists want to hear certain three words come from his mouth, but there’s still freedom of speech. Additionally, every conflict needs to end with a peace agreement and those are mediated in a neutral space, by people who remained neutral. Being diplomatic and careful with your words saves lives. Activism is important but we need people like him (only in politics and not entertainment business).
