@houstonchronicle: A federal immigration agent shot and wounded a man Sunday afternoon in North Austin, according to state and local officials. Austin police said their officers were not involved and did not know what led to the shooting. The man was taken to a hospital, where he was alert and talking, according to the city’s communications office.
