I mean, her death and birth as a vampire is her real rebirth. The books say she was constantly so calm and lifeless almost. Her rebirth as a vampire allowed her to feel alive. She felt dead as a human, so when she died and became a vampire she felt alive. That’s how I see it

She loves Edward she loves everyone in her life. She was a neglected teen who got sucked into a world where she got love bombed and gaslighted by everyone she loved. She made a choice that was already made for her 🤷🏻♀️

She was obsessed to become a vampire because that’s how she can live forever with Edward, she freaked out with 18 because for her it was one year older then Edward (yeah he is 170 or something but yk what I mean) and she realized for „normal“ people it would be weird that a 17 years old boy is with a much older woman

The whole movie series even in the book series you can see it, Rosalie saw it in here that’s why she didn’t like Bella I mean she understood her human feelings on having a baby but leaving that all behind to be a vampire Rosalie did not understand her and neither did Jacob, Jacob thought it was hypocritical and selfish because she did not care about her mother and father and her human friends, I mean a lot of people didn’t understand her….

Bella definitely wanted to be a vampire badly, but saying she loved being a vampire more than she loved Edward is a stretch wanting immortality and wanting a life with Edward became completely intertwined for her. Rosalie was right that Bella didn’t fully understand what she was giving up, but that doesn’t mean Edward was secondary

To me Bella was ambitious which isn’t to say she didn’t love Edward but her want to be immortal was stronger, her obsession with his world and carving a place for herself in it goes deep. She saw what she wanted and went for it so that’s why I love Bella 🥰

this is just my opinion personally but i think the only reason why she wanted to become a vampire was to join edward’s world. and when she was dying from birth, Edward had no choice but to revive her and turn her into a vampire.
