barakallah feekum. I have been explaining this but it wasn't as clear as you have documented it. I could have understood much better or worse, the sequence of the documentation neutralized everything. I have made myself understand, not by knowledge, but by conviction from knowledge here and there, that we lived this life of Dunya as souls first then completed it and our souls got buried in the wombs of our mothers and we came out as Souls and bodies and our bodies die after this life is also completed and our bodies are buried back in the origin of our bodies, in the soil where Adam ASW got created. Then we gain our soul status again to the Barzakh and we live the life Jannah or Jahanam in the Barzakh. We are separated again in the way Allah SW has awarded us from the what we achieved in the DUNYA. we will live with our neighbors in Jannah and those of Jahanam too will live with their neighbors. The punishment and reward starts in the Barzakh as souls. Allah SW will dress our Souls again by his SW decree in the beauty that befits Jannah and the ugliness that befits Jahanam. Then we go to face his SW Judgement that had already been passed and Known to us in the hayatul Barzakh. This conviction to me is summarized the soul state is life lived before DUNYA while Barzakh is life lived before Jannah but both lived are lived before the final stages.
