heres my problem i have Scorchhowl thats perfect and shiny and I farmed for the prismatic version that its elite kinda disappointing I can change my perfect ones form to the primary form but here the issue you need prismatic form changer with need 7000 wing token things and it takes forever to farm

It actually appears randomly no need to hunt things just be normal it will appear eventually I got 2 while hunting randomly here and there
