Brawley Police arrived quickly, performed CPR, and confirmed a pulse on scene. REACH was reportedly called, but due to nowhere safe to land nearby, the victim was transported by ground ambulance to the hospital. The driver fled the scene, but word is a 20-year-old driving a Charger later turned himself in to police and is out on bail. Hoping the victim is okay.
