Maybe it’s just me but is it really THAT annoying?? It’s not like you’re forced to comfort them or anything, it’s just a personal status that you have the option to read. I mean I can kinda understand if it things related to sh or smth since it can be really triggering to others but I just,, don’t find it annoying at all ??

I think most people don't want people to actually respond to their vents, they just want someone to know, (if that's just as an explanation for why they aren't responding or just so they feel more comfort to know someone else knows, whatever) that's why the put it in status's, bios, ect ect,
