@imagirl0622 🇨🇦: I got rewarded by being a great employee by getting someone else’s full-time job added to my already full-time job. I told them I can’t possibly do it all, but they are sure I can. One week in and another co-worker spent 70% of her time helping me. They still think I can do it. I just need more time to get used to it. I am unionized and somehow nobody can help me with this. The timelines are too tight to just leave it, and leaving it means seniors don’t get the support they need
