Absolutely love Nope so much. I remember leaving the theater totally blown away and then going online and seeing people say it was the worst of the three. It felt like I had watched a different movie than everyone else.

I didn't see this in imax, only on my laptop at home. I liked that it didn't fit a genre but it still felt long to me given the story progression. I love to experience all different genres of horror. I watched this in two parts because I didn't want to be distracted (did the same with interstellar and beau is afraid), but still wasn't as overwhelmed as some viewers are. is imax the difference?

I like nope but I didn't get it at all until I looked at analyses😭😭 so the plot has kinda weird and cryptic vibes that's prob why it wasn't as successful

THANK YOU! Saw it three times in the cinema and it’s one of my top 5 movies of all time. I love the themes, the cinematography is amazing and the score is so beautiful, it’s one of the few film scores I listen to on its own. I feel like every little detail in this movie was intentional and is paid off one way or another, not to mention Daniel Kaluuya being one of those actors that are just so good that I forget I’m watching an actor at all.

the people who didn't love it were fools. that scene of the kids in the barn I had to walk out of the room I felt sick. and the reveal during the outdoors with the group??? same again, sickening reveal

My problem with NOPE os that i took one look at keke palmers characters after the movie was over and it's so obvious she was written entirely for the Akira slide reference, it's annoying
