So I’ll be mainly focusing on explaining my tinnitus and how it effects my daily movements. So far I’ve quite literally levelled up my hearing from 15 sounds now to 20-25 sounds - I’ve done this by slowly increasing the volume as and when I feel like it’s needed for myself. If you’re wondering how you can (if you also have tinnitus - ringing in the ears) then I’ll be slowly unraveling my ears as there’s not enough information on tinnitus as of yet. So let’s take this slow as, yes. There’s been a hell of a lot of passing aways due to this “condition” that’s yet to be unravelled. I want to do this ☺️ to be able to help other who also think they’re “suffering” with it 🙏🏼💜✨
