I’ll be honest the only reason I started watching last year was because the secret life of Mormon wife’s were going to be on it but then I fell in love with it so I’ll be watching it no matter who’s on it !🫶🏼

I think they rebranded a bit a handful of years ago and viewership has blown up since then. If you watch clips of old DWTS, the pros were more hostile and often downright mean to their celebrity partners during practices. I’m sure they still get frustrated, but it almost seemed like the norm back then. Maybe influenced by the Simon Cowell era or something? I don’t know. Now it’s SUCH a positive show. They’re so encouraging of each other, they are all great friends, and each season the cast seems to become family. Add in that they utilize social media to their advantage better than any show I’ve ever seen. We really get to feel like we know them. And they’re fun and funny!
