my mom won't let me get on medication, at the doctors she's watches what i put down and then tell me to not put that or else there send me someone and think i'm crazy and she'll have to pay for it

The medicine lowkey made it worse so I ended up cold turkeying my medicine (PLS DO NOT DO THIS) and continued to do my therapy sessions and my mental health has gotten sm better !! Due to my improvement I’m getting my medicine taken off my chart because I don’t need it anymore 🙂↕️obviously this won’t be the case for everyone but I highly suggest therapy over medication !!!
