The sample volume needs to be reduced and adjusted to the center-most part of the vessel, this is to allow for correct sampling of the high velocities and laminar flow within the vessel. This will correct the retrograde appearance of the end diastolic wave.

heal-toe to get the vessel to be at a little more of an angle, fix the angle to my new angle and steer the box accordingly. probably turn down the doppler a little to clean up the noise.
