Put the hair through the top slit then pull the hair downwards in between 2 of the forks and select the turn setting. Should work as that’s what I do for my gfs hair and works every time.

That is so crazy I’ve seen so many ladies live with it and it was working. I’ve never tried this one but the one from Tymo is pretty good
