add not being built on farm land that includes the building itself the generators for the power which they should make there own power and and other infrastructure being built for the data center even power lines across feilds to service the data centers not OK and they shouldn't be directly besides residential even if its industrial were its gone be if theres houses right across the road it shouldn't be allowed idk 200ft setback from any houses

Completely agree. Be hard on data centers, not anti-data center. Too many local officials get so focused on offering concessions to attract businesses that they forget: these companies want to build here for a reason. They need our power, fiber, land and infrastructure. Let them build, but use that leverage. Demand responsible development and make sure the community actually benefits from the revenue they bring. Data centers should be good neighbors, not just big nameless buildings.
