I'm not sure about this recipe. saponification happens we you combine fats or oils to a basic. also adding vinegar (acid) and baking soda (base) will neutralise one another making salt, water is neutral so diluting the mixture and alcohol just make your salt water alcoholic.

😅 All those added are “harsh” chemicals ……… acetic acid, ethanol, sodium bicarbonate/ natriumhydrogen carbonate, all harsh.
